His 13.8-yard average per punt return this year was third best in the NFL and he returned one for a touchdown vs. Tennessee. He also pitched in 17 receptions and two touchdowns playing wide receiver.

One of the most consistent centers in the NFL today, Ragnow, 28, earns Second Team honors for a third time. His preparation and football IQ play a big part in Detroit’s protection schemes as they ranked in the Top 10 in the NFL in sacks allowed this season. Ragnow has allowed just 1.5 sacks in 583 pass-block reps, and he has a 90.8 grade as a run blocker (No. 3 among centers) by PFF.
