American influencer Julia Chafe, who recently attended Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant‘s wedding, continues to remain awestruck after meeting several stars at the exuberant event, and experiencing the heavenly food.

In an exclusive conversation with Zoom’s Rudrani Chattoraj, Chafe looked back at the wedding details, food, jewellery, ambiance and of course, meeting the Ambani family.

When asked about her favourite thing at the wedding menu, she said, “My fav thing that I ate there, they had Pizza from this Tuscan restaurant. It was just so good, am a New Yorker with high Pizza standards and it was delicious and I think I ate like 6 to 8 slices of it.”

Further, adding about the wedding, she said, “I cannot describe all that I saw in there. Everyone and everything was just so beautiful, Oh My God! Everyone was just dressed so beautiful, and the surroundings were so beautiful, it was amazing, it was beauty overload.”

“My final thoughts on the wedding, it was not just an incredible party but they made sure everyone was taken care of. They took care of literally everything, from mints to everything else. They really made sure that we were comfortable in every single sense and way possible. On top of that it was literally the most beautiful party I have even seen in my life. The newlywed couple are beautiful and amazing and you can feel their positivity and love in the room during all their ceremonies. They were super kind when I met them. They are all very gracious and friendly and have such a beautiful energy.”

For the influencer, spending 10 minutes with the Ambani matriarch, Nita Ambani was the most valuable. She said, “My most memorable memories is definitely talking to Mrs. Nita Ambani. She was so elegant and regal. When you meet her, I can’t explain, there’s like a queen energy that comes off of her and it was just amazing to be in her presence and amazing to speak to her for 10 minutes.”

Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant tied the knot after a series of wedding festivities that were spread over several months. Apart from India’s leading film stars, politicians and businessmen, the marriage also saw international stars and leaders thronging in. These included Bill Gates, John Cena, Min and Khloe Kardashian, and many more. Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi also came to bless the newlyweds.
