South West Wexford Family Resource Centre’s LTI QQI Level 5 programme ‘Tourism with Business’ course graduates.
The first graduation for South West Wexford Family Resource Centre’s LTI QQI Level 5 programme ‘Tourism with Business’ was held at the Ramsgrange learning centre in early November.
“We were delighted to welcome back our previous students to give them their awards at this special ceremony,” said LTI Assistant Co-ordinator, Sheila Ward.
“These learners worked tirelessly through various modules to gain their success in each assignment and exam, and their hard work and determination paid off.”
This was the first time an LTI (Local Training Initiative) was hosted and rolled out in South West Wexford Family Resource Centre, Ramsgrange and it proved to be a great success.
Christina Martin (Co Ordinator) and Sheila Ward (Assistant coordinator) would like to thank everyone who was involved from beginning to end over the course of the programme in making it a success. This includes staff at the WWETB, SWWFRC, local businesses and the coordinators.
“In the end, it was the learners that made it a success.
“We wish our past learners the best of luck in their future endeavours. Their graduation ceremony was a great success. Thanks to Maria Lindell (WWETB) who presented our learners with their certificates and to Marie Asple (Tutor) who was our photographer on the night.”
Currently there are eleven new learners on our current LTI programme (Tourism with Business), who now embark on a similar journey. “We have no doubt that they too will succeed in their education,” said Ms Ward.
