Police have confirmed that Castlereagh Street and Templemore Avenue in east Belfast are closed in both directions at their junctions with the Castlereagh Road, due to a serious road traffic collision.
The closures are likely to remain in place for a number of hours. A PSNI spokesperson advised drivers to please seek an alternative route for your journey.
Gavin Robinson, DUP MP for the area, said: “There is a very serious road traffic collision at the junction of Castlereagh Road and Castlereagh Street with emergency services in attendance.
