Keele said the EnhanceFitness evidence-based program for seniors offered by the Office of on Aging helps improve cardiovascular fitness, strength, balance and flexibility. The program includes a testing component to chart improvement and health. Keele was honored earlier this year as a 2023 Maui County Volunteer Hero by the county’s Department of Housing and Human Concerns. The Resource Fair featured more than 30 businesses and organizations sharing swag and information about a variety of topics including, home care, financial management, advanced care planning and fraud alerts.
