USA. Danish jewellery brand Pilgrim has partnered with 3Sixty Duty Free to launch at Newark Liberty International Airport. This follows its American travel retail debut at the retailer’s store at Dallas Fort Worth International Airport in December 2023.
Travellers at Newark Liberty International Airport can now shop Pilgrim’s Shapes of Life contemporary jewellery collection. Pilgrim’s products are inspired by the brand’s Scandinavian roots and are handmade in Denmark.
The jewellery range, which is gender-neutral and features earrings, necklaces, bracelets and rings, is plated with either 24k gold or 925 sterling silver. The necklaces and rings are adjustable, with prices starting at US$20.
In addition to its collections, Pilgrim provides its retail partners with displays that showcase over 300 items per sq m.
Since the beginning of 2024, over 70% of Pilgrim’s jewellery is crafted using a minimum of 75% recycled materials, in line with the company’s ongoing sustainable commitments.
3Sixty Duty Free Senior Buyer Fashion & Accessories Robyn Cohen commented: “We are excited to work with Pilgrim to bring their vibrant jewellery to the US. We love the company’s forward-thinking approach to inclusivity, identity and sustainability.”
Pilgrim Head of Travel Retail Louise Rohde added: “We are delighted to partner 3Sixty for our US launch and quickly to expand our presence from one to two airports. This is not the first time Pilgrim has launched in travel retail prior to establishing a domestic presence and, in line with our adventurous spirit, this approach continues to be successful for us.
“We have further expansion plans in the pipeline in the Americas to be announced soon.” ✈
